An Instagram wonderland developed with REFINERY29 for its 10-Year Anniversary celebration, 29 ROOMS, was an immersive art experience that welcomed over 8,000 visitors during its three-day Fashion Week run. Inspired by the trends and content found on its editorial pages, we collaboratively developed and designed twenty-nine highly interactive environments that allowed guests to experience the online fashion and lifestyle magazine like never before. The event was such a sensation, that lines with 5-hour wait times stretched through the city as people clamored to experience the Instagram phenomena in person. In the end, the project rendered over 1 billion impressions, and what was meant to be a "one-off" has become an annual event for Refinery29, with touring productions around the country. 29 ROOMS has been credited with changing the course of the company and experiential entertainment forever.
